Statistical Analysis of Private Law Enforcement
Everybody knows that Private Security is everywhere... But how helpful is it really? How effective can it be in our fight against crime? Is this the true 'front line' of the future of Law Enforcement? Precious few studies have been performed on the extent of our Private Law Enforcement Community. Could this frequently overlooked but growing field be the keystone of a solution to the problem of acquiring better street-level enforcement in our communities? Let's find out!

Treatment Alternatives to Prevent Recidivism
Most crimes today have drugs and/or alcohol behind them at one level or another. Why incarcerate these offenders if we can recover and reintegrate them? This full 5 year program, with full checks for compliant progress included, provides for detoxification, treatment, re-education, and eventual reinstatement of these existing and potential offenders into our community as law-abiding, property owning, tax-paying citizens!.. This program will make enemies into allies in our fight against crime.

Private Law Enforcement Academy Establishment
In conjunction with the findings of the statistical analysis, we propose establishment of an academy to train Private Law Enforcement Officers to at least current Public Peace Officer standards. Once operating, the gap between public and private law enforcement can be reduced to where cooperation is attractive to both sides. Our research has proven that when cooperative use of the differences in powers is achieved, criminals don't stand a chance against this well-forged team of professionals.

Sex Offender Complex Pilot Housing Program
Nobody wants a convicted sex offender living near their family. Our laws continue to become stricter and stricter regarding where these offenders cannot live... But then, where can they live? With this program, we offer the potential solution of secured housing of the most hated of offenders with an eye towards immediate prevention of future offenses, anti-recidivism couseling, sobriety maintenance, and even medical study of potential future treatments to reduce risks of reoffenses!

Community Security Enforcement Program
Designed to draw upon the knowledge gleaned from the Statistical Analysis Study and the utilization of professionals trained at the newly established Private Law Enforcement Academy, we will deploy the finely honed sword of this carefully crafted, and field tested, enforcement-based program to strike hard at the very heart of the most crime-ridden areas of our communities with comprehensive street-level enforcement supported with newly established alternative crime reduction programs.

Juvenile Camps Reevaluation Study
According to the NIJ, boot camps were found to be too brief to exert a lasting effect on inmates post release, lacking in a strong treatment model, and insufficient in preparing offenders for reentry into the community. But the potential of these types of programs is too great to just toss out as ineffective. This study reevaluates just what went wrong with these promising programs and looks into adding new preventative programs to enhance this program's effectiveness to save at-risk youth.
